Instructions To Obtain Surplus

 

If an item can be reutilized by a department the following steps must be taken;

 

1.) Record the folder name and the picture number.

2.) Contact the department's Appropriate Administrator (MPP) informing him/her that you would like the item for the department that is pictured in the folder.

3.) Appropriate Administrator must contact the Assets Manager Office in writing (email) requesting the item for their department.

The request must contain the following information;

o       Name of the department.

o       Folder Name & Picture Number.

o       Name of custodian assigned to the asset.

o       Location item is to be delivered too.

 

Requests that are not submitted by the Appropriate Administrator of the unit will not be processed.

Reminder, requests are on a first come basis.
