Jay W. Bond
Associate Vice President for Facilities Management / Campus Architect

Jay received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, a Master of Business Administration degree from Cal State Fullerton, and has continued his studies at the Institute of Educational Management at Harvard University.

Prior to assuming his current position, Jay served Cal State Fullerton as Acting Vice President for Administration from October 1994 through July 1996 and as Associate Vice President for Facility Planning and Construction since 1990. He has also served as the chief architect for the California State University system, as an Associate Architect for the University of California, Irvine, and in private architectural practice.

Jay is a licensed architect and the current President of the Association of University Architects. Jay is also a member of the Society for College and University Planning, and the Urban Land Institute. He has also served in a variety of consulting capacities, been a speaker for many professional organizations, serves on a variety of boards in the community, and enjoys coaching youth sports and being active in his church.

Jay, his wife Jana, and their three children live in Yorba Linda.
